Developing and
Empowering Vision

Pastors will utilize various tools to
clarify God’s vision for their congregations plus establish
strategies and action plans for encouraging the congregation to
fully embrace the power of the vision. Follow-up sessions are

Personal Coaching
- The participants through one-on-one sessions will discover God's
calling on their lives in a way that models Christ. We use Scripture, prayer, and various tools/assessments to provide
an integrated picture of the person's purpose, spiritual gifts, personal
drivers, experiences, skills, attributes, and personality traits.

Spiritual Leadership
Development - Participants will determine their
leadership style relative to Christ's example. Additionally,
they will plan interactions that empower team successes, celebrate
achievements, and produce lasting results for their respective
ministries/auxiliaries. [Three 90-minute sessions, including a
follow-up assessment with recommendations]

Sustainable Men's
Ministry

Participants will assess the effectiveness of their Men’s Ministry per
12 sustainability factors, plus develop specific goals, and adopt
leadership training/development strategies. Testimonies from
ministries we have supported include: "You help bring me closer to God";
"I learned what my Spiritual Gifts and life's purpose are"; "My
understanding of the Bible and my relationship with Christ has grown";
"I got over my fear of leading a discussion session about Christ."

Forums
- Teaching ministries will be strengthened by providing a thorough
assessment of students' needs and by defining specific
improvement strategies. Multi-media aids will be utilized to foster
excellence in Sunday School, Bible Study, Vacation Bible School,
and other educational ministries. [Three 90-minute sessions,
